Director of Distribution & Logistics,
you'll drive streamlined warehouse operations, maximize asset utilization, and lead digital transformation projects that reshape how we deliver. Your influence will fuel business scalability, enhance customer satisfaction, and empower a culture built on innovation, accountability, and results. Core Responsibilities: Leading multi-site distribution teams, elevating performance and team engagement Leading initiatives to enable dynamic asset deployment, tighten pick accuracy, and increase process throughput Implementing and expanding warehouse automation to drive speed and precision Championing ERP/WMS optimization for visibility, traceability, and forecasting Owning P&L and logistics KPIs (freight cost, OTIF, inventory accuracy) Aligning with manufacturing, R&D, and IT to support just-in-time models and continuous flow environments Ensuring full regulatory compliance (DOT, OSHA, EPA) for chemical and hazardous material handling Mentoring logistics professionals and cultivating a high-performance, safety-first culture Position Requirements: Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred 10+ years leading logistics or warehouse operations across multi-site networks Experience in automation, asset planning, team development, warehouse layout optimization Demonstrated ERP/WMS mastery, financial acumen, cross-functional leadership, strategic thinking CSCP or CLTD certifications preferred Other Details: Pay Range - $135,900 to $183,900 (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, and skillset.)
