Model-Based Systems Engineer, Senior The Opportunity:
As a Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) on our team, you will engineer systems supporting our client's Digital Engineering mission. You will provide technical direction for problem definition, analysis, requirement development, and implementation for complex systems. Your role involves designing model-based systems, developing digital twin models and architectures, and modernizing how clients link digital tools with system engineering. This position offers growth in MBSE skills and experience in integrated systems, enabling you to create innovative solutions for our clients.
You Have:
5+ years of experience with Systems Engineering, Integration, and MBSE
Experience with digital engineering tools like Magic Draw, Cameo, Sparx EA, or IBM Rhapsody
Proficiency in UML or SysML
Ability to conduct model-based performance simulations
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and obtaining a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Nice If You Have:
Experience with acquisition programs and government clients
Knowledge of MATLAB, Simulink, STK, Teamcenter, Windchill
Scripting skills, including Velocity Template Language
Understanding of system models in reviews and disciplines like cybersecurity, configuration, risk management
Knowledge of MOSA, DoD standards, Agile methods
Object-oriented programming in C++, Java, or Python
Master's degree and relevant certifications (e.g., OMG OCSMP, INCOSE CSEP)
Clearance:
Applicants must be eligible for a security investigation and access to classified information.
Work Model:
We support flexible work arrangements, including remote, hybrid, or onsite, depending on the role.
Compensation:
The salary range is $86,900 to $198,000 annually, depending on experience and location. This posting closes within 90 days.
