Job Requirements: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain local and wide area network (LAN/WAN) infrastructure, including routers, switches, wireless systems, and application servers. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Evaluate and recommend network hardware, software, and communication solutions to meet organizational needs. Oversee installation of hardware and software, test network systems, and identify improvements. Document and maintain standards for network architecture and configuration. Develop procedures for problem management, disaster recovery, and system changes, ensuring business continuity. Maintain records of fiber assets and related infrastructure. Plan, design, and develop systems to safeguard against cyber threats and ensure network security. Establish and test security policies and procedures, and provide cybersecurity training to staff. Manage projects, troubleshoot issues, and support throughout the project lifecycle. Other Qualifications: Associate degree in information systems or related field required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
