$53$60/hour Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced
Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master
to lead critical enterprise-level software initiatives. This role is ideal for a candidate with a solid foundation in Agile methodologies, a strong command of Azure DevOps, and proven experience managing technical projects across distributed teams. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will coordinate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of Salesforce-related projects and other enterprise applications. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and capable of facilitating Agile ceremonies while keeping the team on track to meet deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily standups with distributed (onshore/offshore) teams at 7:30am PST Maintain and manage Azure DevOps boards to ensure transparency and task progress Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Planview, ScopeX, and Salesforce platforms Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies including workshops and quarterly planning sessions Engage Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Business Analysts (BAs) for input and alignment Identify and remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum Champion Agile best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in enterprise software environments Strong working knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) Proficiency in Azure DevOps for tracking, planning, and reporting Experience working across time zones with both onshore and offshore teams Demonstrated experience managing Salesforce-focused projects Preferred Experience: Background with Planview and ScopeX tools Hands-on involvement in quarterly Agile planning using Agile Skill Dashboards Deep understanding of SaaS platforms and digital transformation initiatives Clear and confident communication, both verbal and written Strong sense of accountability and leadership presence Ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders effectively Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Excellent time management and prioritization skills Interview Process: Initial screening interview Final onsite interview with project leadership team Seniority level
