Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Studio, and other Oracle Cloud reporting tools. Collaborate with functional teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Support the configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules including Payables, Receivables, GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Procurement, and Expenses. Build and optimize PL/SQL scripts, packages, procedures, and functions to support custom reporting and data analysis. Document system setups, configurations, and report definitions for audit and knowledge management purposes. Create end-user training materials and deliver workshops on self-service reporting, dashboards, and smart view usage. Understand and implement role-based access controls (RBAC), workflows, approval rules, and Chart of Accounts setup in Oracle Fusion. Support the development of change management documentation including implementation guides and change requests. Analyze functional flows such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash, ensuring accurate data integration across subledgers. Work on inbound/outbound integrations involving transactional and master data, collaborating with integration teams. Execute Linux commands and develop shell scripts to automate reporting tasks where applicable. Coordinate with HCM and Finance functional consultants to support cross-functional reporting needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting and development. Strong expertise with OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, Smart View, and Fusion analytics tools. Solid understanding of Finance and Procurement business processes and workflows. Experience with PL/SQL, Oracle backend structures, and Linux scripting. Ability to read and analyze data models, table structures, and understand Cloud application architecture. Experience documenting setups, training guides, integrations, and configuration workbooks. Familiarity with Oracle HCM reports, Payroll Reports, and cross-functional reporting scenarios. Excellent requirements gathering, analytical, and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Report Developer, particularly in Financials and Procurement modules, and will be responsible for developing custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio. This role also includes configuring SaaS applications, managing integrations, and supporting business reporting needs.
