Job Description
An Oracle APEX developer designs, develops, and maintains web applications using Oracle APEX, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver functional and user-friendly solutions. They are responsible for tasks including gathering requirements, designing interfaces, building applications, testing, and documenting their work.
Key Responsibilities

• Designing and Developing APEX Applications: Creating web applications using Oracle APEX, adhering to best practices and development standards.
• Collaborating with Teams: Working with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Implementing and Testing: Building, testing, and implementing new features and functionalities within APEX applications.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnosing and resolving issues, maintaining existing applications, and ensuring they meet performance and security requirements.
• Documentation and Reporting: Creating and maintaining documentation for applications, including user guides, technical specifications, and reports.
• Performance Tuning: Optimizing APEX applications for speed and efficiency.
• Security: Implementing and maintaining security measures within APEX applications.
  

Skills And Experience

• Strong Oracle APEX Expertise: Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying APEX applications.
• Oracle SQL and PL/SQL: Experience in writing and executing SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures.
• Web Technologies: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
• Application Design and Data Modeling: Understanding of application design principles and relational data modeling.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills for working with diverse teams.
• Documentation and Technical Writing: Ability to create clear and concise documentation.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance practices.
