Job Description
Position: Senior Systems Engineer
Location: Huntsville, AL (Fully onsite - NO REMOTE or HYBRID)
Clearance Required: Active U.S. DoD Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred)

Basic Qualifications:
- Active U.S. Government DoD Secret clearance at the time of application
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) and 12+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 10+ years of experience, or Ph.D. and 8+ years of experience
- Demonstrated expertise in:
- Requirements development and decomposition
- Software verification and test procedure development at the system and segment levels
- Agile methodologies and practices
- Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Model-based tools like Cameo and requirements management using DOORS
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Experience supporting the development and deployment of command and control systems, such as launch systems, flight test environments, or maintenance support for defense systems
- Strong familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices
