Position Overview HNTB’s Architecture practice is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Designer with a passion for aviation. This role involves leading aviation terminal planning projects at major airports, applying complex planning strategies, and managing pursuit and delivery efforts. Key Responsibilities
Interpret client goals and develop design concepts aligned with their objectives, budget, and schedule. Collaborate with project architects and protect managers to plan and execute work processes. Manage project tasks, including work plans, resource estimation, reports, and team coordination. Serve as a subject matter expert on large-scale architectural projects. Mentor junior staff and lead technical production of planning assignments. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams from concept to completion. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. Minimum of 8 years relevant experience. Preferred Skills
Experience with airport planning, programming, and preliminary design, especially at large hub airports. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for developing concepts and drawings. Strong client communication and business development skills. Additional Details This position is based in Denver, CO, with an approximate salary range of $103,015 to $161,126.45, depending on experience and qualifications.
