Our expertise and thoughtful approach allow us to create functional and beautiful spaces tailored to our clients' needs. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Senior Interior Designer. The candidate will be expected to work in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, developing detailed construction drawings, overseeing interior design projects, and selecting and procuring FF&E. Day-to-day tasks may include client consultations, project management, collaborating with architects and construction teams, and ensuring that all design elements align with client goals and project timelines. Qualifications A minimum of three years working in Senior Living Design Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD Proficiency in designing for Seniors Knowledge and experience with Construction Drawings and Architecture Proficiency in selecting and managing FF&E Strong project management and client communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with architects and construction teams Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Professional certification (e.g., NCIDQ) is a plus Seniority level
