Job Overview
CORE Construction is seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects across Southern Nevada. In this pivotal role, you will oversee every aspect of project execution-from startup through closeout-on high-impact developments exceeding $200M in value. You'll serve as the hub for communication between clients, design teams, and subcontractors while driving schedule, cost, and quality performance. Key Responsibilities
Lead large projects or multiple teams simultaneously across Southern Nevada. Oversee all phases of construction: preconstruction, procurement, schedule control, cost tracking, and project closeout. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and design professionals. Manage all contract documents including drawings, specifications, RFIs, ASIs, and submittals. Support constructability reviews, schedule creation, logistics planning, and bid proposals during preconstruction. Monitor project financials including budgets, forecasts, and pay applications. Negotiate, write, and manage subcontractor agreements. Ensure projects adhere to CORE safety, quality, and compliance standards. Mentor project team members and support internal talent development.
Qualifications
Minimum 15 years' experience in construction project management. Bachelor's degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (preferred, not required). Experience managing projects over $100M+ in K-12, healthcare, or civic sectors. Familiarity with delivery methods: General Contracting, CMAR, Design-Build. Strong knowledge of project sequencing, specifications, and constructability. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and project management software. Strong verbal/written communication and negotiation skills. Experience in public CMAR & Design-Build environments is preferred.
