Swinerton is seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive HCAi experience in California's Inland Empire or High Desert regions. Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in HCAi projects and have managed at least one project valued at $100M or multiple projects totaling $30M or more. The role involves working on projects within the LA metropolitan area. Compensation
$160,000 - $185,000 annually. Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of multiple or large, complex healthcare projects. Estimate budgets, establish contracts, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure project schedules are met and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Oversee safety procedures and ensure compliance with all contractual and safety standards. Lead project teams, conduct meetings, and report to management regularly. Handle documentation, change orders, and project close-out procedures. Assist in business development and participate in interviews. Minimum Qualifications
At least 8 years of experience in HCAi projects. Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role on HCAi projects. Experience managing projects of $100M or multiple projects of $30M+. Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent experience. Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of contract law, project accounting, and project management systems. Benefits
