We are seeking a Senior Routing and Siting Project Manager to join our Environmental and Power Delivery team in the Mid-Atlantic, specifically Virginia and Ohio. Primary Responsibilities Lead renewables, substation siting, transmission line routing, and siting efforts in HDR’s Northeast Region and nationwide. Manage and provide technical leadership on complex projects, aiming to grow a high-performing team. Have a strong background in environmental and site development services related to power projects. Focus on transmission line routing and siting, client relationship management, and strategic planning. Perform routing/siting studies, prepare reports, manage project scope, schedule, and budget. Advise on state filing requirements and prepare siting applications and environmental documents. Travel approximately 20% of the time. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Planning, Science, or related field. At least 10 years of experience in land acquisition, routing, or environmental planning for linear projects. Minimum 8 years of proposal writing, scope development, and managing multidisciplinary teams. Experience with applications to state utility regulatory agencies, expert witness testimony, and permit requirements in HDR’s Northeast Region. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Local candidates preferred. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and 5 years in project management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, estimating, scheduling, and project management software.
