CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Project Scheduler – Nuclear Projects for our client in Richland, WA.
Location:
Richland, WA Duration:
12 months
Duties:
Schedule project activities (date, time, sequence) for Nuclear or Engineering Projects organizations.
Perform schedule maintenance between Passport and Primavera scheduling tools.
Assist project managers in developing schedules for on-line, outage projects, life-cycle schedules, and Enterprise Risk projects.
Develop detailed plans and schedules, resolve schedule conflicts, and support long-range schedule planning.
Deliver timely, coherent, and accurate schedules for daily, on-line, and outage work periods.
Lead schedule review meetings, coordinate with Operations for tagging system boundaries, and conduct critical path analysis.
Lead post-work critiques and support the interface among work groups.
Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Primavera scheduling software and scheduling techniques.
Primavera 106 Training Certification or 4+ years of Primavera experience.
Advanced knowledge of Crystal Reports or similar SQL-based query/reporting tools.
Working knowledge of outage and online risk management software (e.g., Paragon).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to analyze and solve complex scheduling problems and resolve conflicts.
Experience:
8+ years of nuclear power experience with a bachelor's in a technical field (Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear Engineering or Technology); OR
10+ years of experience with an associate degree in a related technical field; OR
12+ years of experience with a high school diploma/GED in a journey-level craft, qualified watch station, field engineer, or QA role within operations, maintenance, engineering, or QA.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree () in Mechanical, Electrical or Nuclear Engineering, or Nuclear Technology.
Desired Qualifications:
SRO License or Certification
Advanced understanding of work management and outage procedures
Working knowledge of report development software (e.g., Crystal Reports)
PMP Certification
Ability to direct resources and prioritize schedule activities
Experience leading cross-functional scheduling efforts
Strong technical writing and communication skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70.00 to $80.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
