We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior RFML Integration Software Development Engineer to provide technical leadership and integration support for the development and operationalization of Radio Frequency Machine Learning (RFML) capabilities. This role is pivotal in advancing AI/ML-enhanced RF sensing technologies and delivering mission-ready prototypes in support of national defense initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of software for RFML operational prototypes using Python, C++, and embedded development environments. Collaborate with commercial and government partners to integrate diverse data sources and machine learning models into deployable RF systems. Translate functional and operational requirements into technical specifications and detailed design documentation. Drive MLOps practices to support model training pipelines, including data ingestion, labeling, performance tuning, and evaluation. Maintain situational awareness of emerging RF/wireless communications technologies, including radar and communication waveforms. Contribute to secure system design and operate effectively within classified environments. Support technical documentation efforts, including requirements development, design reviews, and milestone reporting. Engage directly with Army stakeholders and provide on-site support at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) as required. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience, with demonstrated expertise in embedded systems and AI/ML integration. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with hands-on experience in RF systems. Proficiency in Python, C++, and development frameworks used for embedded and machine learning applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing technical documentation and briefings. Prior experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or other classified programs is strongly preferred. Active TS/SCI clearance required.
