Responsibilities and Duties: Assess client system functional requirements, develop innovative solutions across various business operations, and implement these plans while providing services to existing and prospective clients. Provide consulting, support services, and training for clients. Identify opportunities for new and existing clients, assist with sales processes, project management, and cross-team project work as needed. Qualifications and Skills: Deep understanding of business accounting software such as Sage Intacct, Sage 100, QuickBooks, and related products. Experience implementing ERP software like Sage Intacct, Sage 300, Fathom, Bill, etc. Skills in business consulting, including analysis of business processes, systems, and supporting technology. Experience with accounting or financial reporting processes; familiarity with Unanet preferred. Knowledge of account flows (GL-AP-AR) and flow charting using tools like Microsoft Visio. Strong communication and influencing skills to guide clients towards optimal utilization of solutions aligned with their business goals. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder interaction skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, or related field, with 3+ years’ experience in accounting, consulting, or related areas. CPA or CMA designation is a plus. Seniority level
