About Honor The Gift: Founded by NBA star Russell Westbrook, Honor The Gift is a premium fashion brand inspired by inner- city culture, and self-belief. Rooted in authenticity and storytelling, the brand delivers stylish, high-quality apparel that reflects a deep connection to community and craftsmanship. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Senior Director of Operations to optimize our logistics, inventory management, and fulfillment processes. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team ofthree, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational excellence. Develop and execute long-term operational strategies to support business growth, includinginternational expansion and omni-channel distribution. Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, sales and logistics partners to drive efficiency and profitability. Logistics & Fulfillment Oversight: Spearhead the transition from in-house fulfillment to a3PL provider, ensuring seamless migration and operational efficiency. Overseewholesale and e-commerce fulfillment, shipping, returns, and customer experience across all channels. Manage relationships with3PLs, carriers, and warehouse partnersto ensure cost-efficiency and on time deliveries. Supply Chain & Inventory Optimization: Directinventory planningstrategies to balance demand across wholesale and DTC channels. Implementforecasting modelsto minimize stockouts and overstock. Partner with finance to analyzeand optimize cost structures, margins, and operational efficiencies. Process Improvement & Technology Integration: Driveautomation (ERP, WMS, OMS) to improve workflow and real-time reporting. Establish and monitorKPIsfor fulfillment accuracy, lead times, and logistics performance. Stay ahead ofindustry trends, emerging logistics tech, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry. Proven experience managing wholesale and e-commerce distribution. Strong knowledge of 3PL implementation, order fulfillment, and logistics management. Experience with ERP, inventory management systems, and logistics software. Ability to manage relationships with warehouses, carriers, and wholesale partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
