Responsibilities:
Participate in requirements, design, development, and testing of embedded software, including applications, middleware, operating systems, and supporting tools.
Design, code, test, integrate, and document software solutions.
Conduct internal reviews of software components and systems.
Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for software validation.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
Work collaboratively in a SAFe agile environment.
Qualifications: Required:
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance.
U.S. citizenship.
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, systems software design, and the software development lifecycle.
Experience with C++, Python, and object-oriented design.
Hands-on experience developing automated tests for software systems.
Degree in STEM with minimum 5 years relevant experience or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
Preferred:
Experience in team-based development, Agile/SCRUM, DevSecOps, and test automation.
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with Conan package manager for C++.
Experience working with large software systems and refactoring legacy code.
Experience debugging real-time multithreaded applications.
