We’re seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to help scale and enhance the intelligence behind a leading consumer-facing platform. In this role, you’ll build and deploy ML-powered features that elevate user experiences through smarter search, recommendations, and personalization systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and apply cutting-edge machine learning techniques to real-world challenges at scale.

What You'll Do:

• Work closely with engineers, data scientists, analysts, and product managers to design and improve algorithms for search, ranking, personalization, and content recommendations.
• Build scalable and maintainable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
• Research and implement advanced techniques in natural language processing (NLP), retrieval, and deep learning.
• Enhance system performance through robust product and user embeddings and continuous optimization of ML services.
• Uphold software engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing, reproducibility, and code reviews) across the machine learning lifecycle.
• Contribute to defining internal standards and best practices for productionizing ML models.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience developing and deploying ML models in production.
• Strong coding skills in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with data processing libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Proficient with ML frameworks and tools such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
• Experience using Git and collaborating through GitHub, GitLab, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with building recommender systems, ranking models, or user-facing search features.
• Comfortable developing in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and working with containerized services (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
