Senior Software Engineer
to join Procore's journey to revolutionize this underserved industry. As a
Senior Software Engineer
at Procore, you'll partner with our customer base to translate their needs into SaaS solutions. We'll provide you with tools and resources to achieve results that make a significant impact beyond traditional engineering roles. This position reports to an Engineering Manager and is based in our Austin, TX location. We're looking for someone to join immediately. What you'll do: Help establish development standards and collaborate with infrastructure, platform, and other software engineering teams. Conduct code reviews and pair programming to assist teammates. Leverage our tech stack: Ruby/Rails/Node.js/React/Postgres on AWS, using Kubernetes, Java, Typescript, CircleCI, ArgoCD, and in-house tools for CI/CD. What we're looking for: 5+ years in software engineering fundamentals, TDD, and design concepts (preferred languages: Ruby on Rails, Python, JavaScript, Java, Node.js). Experience with React, Node.js, Ruby/Rails, or Java. Ability to balance short-term and long-term goals. Experience with scalable platforms and infrastructure. Experience building modern CI/CD systems at scale. Proven ability to work on large initiatives and adapt as needed. Experience with web development, testing, staging, deployment, and monitoring. Additional Information: Base pay range: $140,960 - $193,820. Eligible for bonus. Compensation depends on skills, experience, education, and location.
