Job Description: This role centers on building healthcare data interoperability solutions that connect electronic health systems through standards-based integrations. You'll lead development of backend services and data workflows supporting the exchange, transformation, and compliance of patient information. Ideal candidates will bring strong .NET experience, hands-on ETL integration skills, and deep knowledge of HL7/FHIR standards and AWS services. Required Skills: 8+ years of experience building enterprise applications with C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core Hands-on experience designing healthcare interoperability solutions with HL7 and FHIR Strong background developing ETL workflows and building integrations using Apache NiFi or similar technology Proven experience with AWS services including:
Glue (ETL pipelines) Lambda (event-driven functions) S3 (secure storage) RDS (relational databases) API Gateway, EventBridge, SNS/SQS (messaging & integration)
