We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Technical Account Manager
to manage and grow relationships with some of our key customers. The ideal candidate will have a background in data center or network field services and demonstrate proficiency in managing the full lifecycle of customer engagements, including bids, proposals, and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring a positive and productive relationship. Manage bid processes, including crafting and delivering competitive proposals. Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions that align with our field service offerings. Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and service quality metrics. Provide expertise in field service domain experience to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding customer engagement.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in a similar role, with a strong background in data center or network field services. Proven track record in managing customer relationships, bid processes, and proposal development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Dynamic, fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Proficient in field service domain expertise and able to quickly adapt to new technologies and solutions.
