Project Manager Bridge Engineer

Design and analyze both existing and new structures, including bridges, culverts, and other infrastructure. Oversee local, county, and state bridge projects, managing permits, planning, and execution. Conduct comprehensive bridge inspections and draft detailed project proposals. Support construction through contract administration, project coordination, and budget management. Ensure compliance with project financials and reporting, maintaining budgetary adherence. Engage in civic and professional organizations to enhance professional networks. Collaborate with senior management to expand the structural engineering discipline and client relationships. Mentor and manage a team of Structural Engineers and Designers, focusing on financial targets. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering or equivalent. Professional Engineer registration in PA required, NJ preferred. Over 10 years of relevant experience, with a focus on bridge projects. Experience with local and state agencies; familiarity with PennDOT or Turnpike projects is a plus. Proven skills in communication, project management, and client relations. Strong organizational and leadership abilities with a keen understanding of contractual obligations. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and structural design software, including PennDOT programs, is preferred.
