What You'll Do
Perform in-depth TechELINT analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to conduct system/software analysis, develop requirements, and high-level designs
Design and develop advanced technologies for signal processing, characterization, and exploitation for defense applications
Develop analytical methods supporting novel data processing, information extraction, and analysis approaches
Support business development activities such as conferences, trade shows, and demonstrations
Contribute to roadmaps for new capabilities
Provide technical support for program management and business development, including proposal writing and customer engagement
Offer innovative, practical solutions aligned with organizational objectives
Maintain and cultivate customer relationships
Translate customer operational needs into technical requirements
What You'll Bring
12+ years of relevant military, government, or industry experience in TechELINT
Active TS/SCI clearance and current investigation/polygraph
Familiarity with Martes, Willow, and/or Aspen
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and principles
Proficiency in handling and analyzing large data sets
Experience with data collection, organization, and integration
Project leadership experience in the defense industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
MESAP or SIGE 4810 Graduate
National Cryptologic School Training Certification
P-Cubed Analysis Training
