US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Datacenter Infrastructure Strategy & Execution Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic infrastructure programs—covering new datacenter builds, expansions, retrofits, and energy integration. Act as a thought partner to OCI leadership, providing data-driven insights and execution strategies to accelerate infrastructure readiness. Translate high-level objectives into structured, executable plans across technical and business teams. Identify risks and dependencies early, and proactively drive mitigation plans across workstreams. Cross-Functional Leadership & Program Management Drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that span engineering, construction, energy, hardware, and operations. Manage detailed program plans, timelines, and interdependencies, ensuring accountability and alignment across all stakeholders. Facilitate planning sessions, program reviews, and execution checkpoints across all levels of the organization. Develop governance models and dashboards to track progress, risks, and KPIs. Technical Infrastructure Understanding Bring working knowledge of datacenter infrastructure technologies—including power systems, cooling, compute, storage, and network architecture. Understand how datacenters are designed, built, and brought online—from site evaluation to full production capacity. Engage confidently with engineers, construction managers, and supply chain leaders to influence technical decision-making. Executive Communication & Reporting Prepare and deliver executive-level updates on program status, risks, and recommendations. Drive alignment across senior leaders and ensure transparency through high-quality reporting and communication. Deliver clear post-mortems and process improvements based on program outcomes. Qualifications & Desired Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Infrastructure, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs—preferably in cloud, datacenter, or infrastructure domains. Strong understanding of datacenter infrastructure, build and deployment cycles, and operational scaling. Proven ability to lead without authority and influence across a matrixed organization. Excellent executive communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
