Dining Servers
to enhance the mealtime experience for residents in our
Skilled Nursing Facility and Assisted Living community .
The role of the Dietary Aide is to enhance the quality of life of our residents by providing high quality service, care and job performance in a cheerful, timely manner and by communicating, cooperating and coordinating with other departments for the benefit of our resident community.

JOB SKILLS/DUTIES OF A DIETARY AIDE Dietary Aides provide excellent customer service to residents and family members to enhance resident satisfaction and the overall dining experience. Serve food and beverages in dining room in accordance with residents' dietary needs and preferences. Assist in scheduled cleaning duties and dishwashing Set up meal trays, food carts and dining room as instructed. Deliver trays and food carts to designated areas. Dietary Aides distribute and collect menus as needed. Prepare and deliver snacks, beverages, etc. as instructed Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS OF A DIETARY AIDE: Dietary Aide must be at least 16 years old No experience required
