Our popular hotel is searching for servers with a welcoming smile and a positive customer service attitude to set the tone for our visitors' dining experience. In the restaurant, you will serve our customers by ensuring they are seated quickly, their orders are received, prepared, and delivered in a timely manner, and that tables are cleaned and ready for the next customers.

Part-time position. AM and PM shift availability.
Responsibilities
•Promptly seat guests when they arrive, take food and beverage orders, serve meals on time while accommodating any special requests •Participate in pre-shift and department meetings to gain a thorough grasp of all products, services, and facility activities •Establish a full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to respond to client inquiries and make recommendations •Receive proper payment from the guest and ensure the accuracy of the guest check and method of payment to protect both the customer and the restaurant from transaction errors •Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties
Qualifications
•This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service •We prefer some experience working in the food service industry •Outstanding time management and organizational skills •Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification •Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
