nJob Summary:
nThe Sales BDC Representative is the first point of contact for potential customers at Nissan of Orange, responsible for handling inbound and outbound communication with leads, setting appointments for the sales team, and assisting in driving showroom traffic. This role plays a key part in the dealership’s customer acquisition strategy, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from the first point of contact.
nKey Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls, internet leads, and online inquiries in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.

Make outbound follow-up calls to prospects and previous customers to generate appointments.

Set, confirm, and manage appointments for the sales team.
n -
Maintain a detailed CRM log of all interactions with customers and leads.
n -
Qualify customer interest and direct them to the appropriate sales consultant.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and promotions.

Ensure all lead follow-up meets dealership and OEM standards.

Assist with email marketing, texting platforms, and other lead nurturing tools.

Achieve or exceed performance metrics including call volume, appointment set rate, and show rate.

Qualifications:
n- n
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. n
- Previous call center, BDC, or automotive sales experience is a strong plus. n
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). n
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. n
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. n
- Proficient in using CRM systems, email, and dealership management systems (experience with DealerSocket, VinSolutions, or similar tools preferred). n
- Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude. n
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus. n
