We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst. The ability to obtain a public trust clearance is required. Key Responsibilities Lead the ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) business requirements using agile methodologies and project management best practices. Collaborating with Project Leadership and client stakeholders to align organizational HR business needs, policies, and government directives, including OPM Human Capital Business Reference Model. Knowledge of ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) capabilities and Federal Capital expertise, HR processes and process improvements. Ability to conduct HRSD demonstrations to show HRSD capabilities and functionality. A subject matter expert with the ability to translate standard Human Resource government business processes to ServiceNow out of the box (OOTB) ServiceNow HRSD functionality. The ability to showcase the benefits of using ServiceNow or their day-to-day business needs. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience Federal human capital expertise and HR process improvement experience. Ability to obtain a public trust clearance Physical And Mental Qualifications Maintain focus and awareness throughout scheduled working hours. Perform tasks requiring prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk, utilizing a computer, mouse, and keyboard. Lift and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds as needed. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language. Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team. Quickly learn and retain routine tasks and processes. Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, business correspondence proficiency, and self-management capabilities. Perform the essential functions of the role satisfactorily; reasonable accommodation will be provided for employees with disabilities upon request.
