We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will drive strategic alignment between business goals and platform capabilities, oversee architectural governance, and provide hands-on leadership in implementing scalable and secure solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of the existing ServiceNow platform architecture. Align ServiceNow platform capabilities with business objectives and the platform roadmap. Lead and mentor the Platform Support Team in applying technical best practices, policies, and procedures. Evaluate the impact of new requirements and provide architectural guidance. Identify opportunities to consolidate and streamline similar solution needs. Support implementation of new platform features and enhancements. Contribute to platform governance processes and standards. Stay current with emerging ServiceNow features, modules, and industry trends. Required Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of experience in architecture and implementation of ServiceNow or similar platforms. Proficiency with the Now Create methodology. Deep expertise in Enterprise Architecture, ITSM, and Enterprise Security. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow System Administration and Application Development. Experience with database design, data modeling, and relational data structures. Strong requirements-gathering, analysis, and documentation skills. Proven experience working in Agile, DevOps, Lean, Iterative, or Waterfall SDLC environments. Strong understanding of software design patterns, secure coding practices, and architecture principles. Proficient in development using: JavaScript, AngularJS CSS, Web Services (REST/SOAP) Client-server, middleware, mobile, or cloud platforms
Experience with Configuration Management Databases (CMDB). ITIL Foundation or equivalent understanding of IT service management practices.
