Sev1Tech LLC . Sev1Tech is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Test Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities
Plan and manage assignments, monitor progress, and evaluate results. Research applicable documents such as Capability Development Documents, Capability Production Documents, product specifications, and Army Regulations to develop and staff for approval Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) supporting program milestones. Coordinate with ATEC to determine and develop testing for Government Programs. Monitor ATEC activities to ensure testing adequacy and data collection for independent evaluation. Oversee or conduct Test and Evaluation Working Integrated Product Teams (T&E WIPTs) and Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), ensuring test plans, procedures, and execution are adequate and issues are closed. Ensure military tactics, techniques, and procedures used during testing are current and representative. Attend testing, report results and issues as required by PM. Evaluate test data, assess risks, and develop summaries for leadership briefings, Suitability Statements, and Milestone Decisions. Collaborate with Assistant Product Managers, Product Leads, and PMs to understand interfaces and resolve integration issues. Review system evaluation plans and strategies, providing input to PMs. Assist in scheduling and resourcing DT/OT events. Review test plans, procedures, reports, and system assessments for adequacy and accuracy. Develop fiscal year ammunition requirements based on test plans and program data. Maintain a Master Test Schedule and share data with PEO level T&E personnel for synchronization. Ensure all Government test planning documents are uploaded to relevant databases. Minimum Qualifications
Must have a US Secret level clearance. Bachelor's degree. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Test and Evaluation, capable of leading test efforts with minimal oversight. Equivalent or experience commensurate with DAWIA Level III T&E certification. Extensive knowledge and experience in Defense Acquisition Systems (non-IT) and Military Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures. About Sev1Tech LLC
