Industrial Sewing Machine Operator
Candidates will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to manufacture medical device parts. - You will be trained on industrial sewing machines in a class for a week. - After the class you will be on the production floor with a mentor showing you the production process. - Set up sewing machine with correct thread. - Increase production count to expected output level for each product (Given 13 weeks to do this). - Maintain clean and safe work environment. - Sitting for extended period of times to operate sewing machine. - If an issue arises with sewing machine ask for help or call maintenance. - Ensure products meet quality standards. MUST HAVE - Attention to Detail Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
