Shift LPNs provide unparalleled direct patient care and support to individuals with disabilities living in an ACR Homes group home. Additionally, they support resident interests and choices so that they may lead fulfilling lives. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Burnsville, MN. With a total of 64 hours/week available, we are looking to fill both full-time and/or part-time positions. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered for all positions listed with more details below.
Option 1: 32 hours/week (2 Positions Available) Schedule : Weekday shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Weekend Requirement : At least every other weekend (included in your 32 hours/week requirement) On-Call Work : Required outside of the 32 hours/week We are looking to fill
two
32-hour/week positions, with shifts split between two LPNs. This option allows for flexibility while meeting our staffing needs.
Option 2: 40 hours/week + 24 hours/week (1 full-time position & 1 part-time position with benefits)
Full-time Position (40 hours/week) : Schedule : Weekday shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Weekend Requirement : At least every other weekend (included in your 40 hours/week requirement) On-Call Work : Required outside of the 40 hours/week If we hire for the full-time 40-hour/week position, there will only be
24 hours/week
left to fill. This remaining 24 hours/week can be filled by a part-time LPN.
Part-time Position with benefits (24 hours/week) : Weekday shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM At least every other weekend (included in the 24 hours/week required) On-call work required outside of those hours

Rate of Pay (effective 12/29/24):
Hourly Direct Care LPN
Weekday Day $28.00-$30.00/hour **dependent on home's Rate Exception Differential, if applicable**
Weekday Evening $30.00/hour **dependent on home's Rate Exception Differential, if applicable**
Weekday Awake $33.00/hour **dependent on home's Rate Exception Differential, if applicable**
Weekend Day: $31.00/hour **dependent on home's Rate Exception Differential, if applicable**
Weekend Evening: $33.00/hour **dependent on home's Rate Exception Differential, if applicable**
Weekend Awake: $36.00/hour **dependent on home's Rate Exception Differential, if applicable**
Asleep shifts: $11.25/hour
New Hire Training (Pods at office + Shadow Shifts): $26.00/hour

Available Bonuses:
LPNs who start working at ACR Homes will get a $2,000 bonus if part-time. (All bonuses are taxable income.)
LPN placement bonus break down: Part-time: $2,000paid $500 after training completion and $1,500 6 months after training completion

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse You must have a valid U.S. driver's license, reliable transportation and a good driving record You must be able to do some lifting You must be able to work independently and you must have interpersonal skills including empathy, responsibility, self-control, good judgment, and overall adjustment You must be able to see, hear, speak, interact, and write in English sufficiently to perform the essential functions of the position Part-time employees must work at least 10 shifts per month Full-time employees must work at least 38 hours per week
