SNIPES DC Inventory Control Supervisor Philadelphia, PA Onsite Shift Sunday-Wednesday 7am-5:30pm or Wednesday-Saturday 7am-5:30pm. We live sneakers, streetwear, and neighborhood culture! All Day! Overview: Reporting to the DC IC Manager, the DC IC Supervisor is responsible for maintaining warehouse inventory accuracy, accountability and control, leading to reduced shrinkage and increased operational efficiency. Ensure data accuracy by working in accordance with established procedure guidelines. This position is based in the SNIPES Philadelphia Distribution Center. Responsibilities Lead, train and develop DC Teams (Inventory Control, Cycle Count, ECOM Returns, RTV, Audit) Follows all policies, objectives, and initiatives Oversees the job assignments and activities of DC Teams Communicates clear and concise messages to all departments in the organization SME in warehouse operating systems Assists in preparing DC for yearend Physical Inventory count Skills & Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred but not required. One year of previous related experience is preferred. Ability to update and maintain inventory records on data control system. Knowledge of the methods and procedures for inventory tracking and control. Knowledge of principles for receiving, storage, put away, picking, staging, and shipping materials. General PC skills; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office suite. Individual must possess good interpersonal and verbal communication skills Willingness to assume responsibility and solve problems. Excellent math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, percents, decimals) Must have ability to interact professionally with cross functional partners Deal effectively with time pressures, stress, and changing priorities. Special Requirements Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
