The Opportunity We're seeking a Data Analyst to join our Finance team and support enterprise-wide reporting and analytics. In this highly cross-functional role, you'll connect siloed data across departments, support our Snowflake data lake and Power BI reporting tools, and identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and insight. This role will also support internal systems like NetSuite from a reporting and user-support perspective-acting as a bridge between business teams and technical platforms. Over time, this person will help absorb day-to-day data responsibilities currently handled by our lead data engineer, supported by structured documentation and knowledge transfer. What You'll Do Analyze Business Needs Work with teams across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Customer Success, Product, and Technology to gather reporting and data requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications, data models, and process diagrams. Conduct gap analyses between current and desired business workflows. Build Data Insights Create and maintain dashboards in Power BI to track KPIs and operational metrics. Analyze large datasets (via SQL, Power BI, or Snowflake) to surface trends and drive decision-making. Reconcile and validate data across operational systems (e.g., CINC) and Snowflake. Ensure Data Integrity Monitor data quality across systems and resolve discrepancies. Document data sources, logic, and definitions for reporting and governance. Query and interpret data within our Snowflake environment to support enterprise reporting. Improve Systems & Processes Serve as a NetSuite power user to support reporting needs (e.g., Saved Searches, dashboards, exports). Help tie together data from systems used across the business-ERP, CRM, project management, engineering, and customer engagement platforms. Recommend and automate manual data and reporting workflows across departments. Collaborate Across Functions Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams. Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Support the documentation of existing data logic and system knowledge, helping reduce reliance on key individuals. What You Bring 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or systems reporting (SaaS experience preferred). Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and enterprise systems like NetSuite; familiarity with Snowflake is a strong plus. Strong ability to connect data across diverse tools and systems to produce clean, actionable insights. Process-driven mindset with a passion for streamlining operations and improving decision-making.
