Collaborate with business users to capture workflows and system requirements •
Document current and future-state business processes for ERP migration •
Translate requirements into clear functional specs for IT teams •
Create and maintain user stories and project documentation •
Facilitate discussions to align business and technical stakeholders •
Identify gaps and recommend process improvements •
Assist with user acceptance testing and validate business needs •
Prepare training materials and support user onboarding •
Maintain project documentation and track deliverables IT Business Analyst (1+ Yrs Implementation Exp. Req.) Qualifications •
Bachelor’s degree required •
1+ years of
IT Business Analyst
experience,
including implementation , is required •
Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation are required •
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are required •
Ability to work on-site in Stamford, CT (2–4 days per week) and travel up to 15% is required
