IL Education: Bachelor's in Science/Engineering/Math/Technology or related or equivalent Job Type: Full Time Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience required, depending on the position. Job Responsibilities Analyze, design, and develop business applications. Gather requirements to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems. Customize existing systems and analyze business procedures. Configure systems and prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams. Conduct internal QA, user acceptance testing, and end-user training. Select procedures and seek assistance for deviations or problems. Maintain system compatibility and write system documentation. Research system upgrades for feasibility, cost, and compatibility. Use object-oriented programming languages, client-server applications, ERP, multimedia, and Internet technologies. Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems. Assist staff and users with computer-related problems.
