Software Developer (ServiceNow/Asset Management Tool) - Hybrid, Washington, DC

Day-to-day Responsibilities: Integrate asset data, develop dashboards, and design workflows using ServiceNow, SQL, and ETL tools. Standardize processes and redesign forms to ensure policy compliance. Support staff training and facilitate knowledge transfer. Asset Management System:
Data Integration:
Collect, clean, and consolidate asset data from multiple databases. Ensure real-time synchronization for accurate tracking. Dashboard Development:
Create user-friendly dashboards with features like heat maps, query search, and interactive selections. Include export and reporting functions. Dashboard Maintenance:
Monitor data synchronization, perform regular updates, audit data accuracy, and provide summary reports. Expected Deliverables:

Primary Tool:

Experience with ServiceNow Asset Management modules. Knowledge of CMDB for asset tracking and integration. Proficiency in workflows, reporting, and automation. Skills in building dynamic dashboards with data visualization features. Expertise in real-time data integration from external databases. Strong knowledge of database systems, including SQL. Experience with ETL tools for data processing.
