Primary Skills: Java (Expert), Low-Latency (Expert), Data Structures (Expert), CI/CD (Expert), Scalability (Expert) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 6 + Months Location: 100% remote Pay Range: $95 - $98 per hour on W2 Job Summary: We are seeking a Core Java Developer to join our team to work on the Credit Trader Workstation (CTW), aiming to integrate and streamline Credit Trading operations on a single platform. This is a server-side, low-latency development role focused on expanding new functionalities, including a new RFQ engine and auto-hedging system, with significant opportunities for growth and impact. The position requires collaboration with Fixed Income trading teams and offers the possibility of contract extension or conversion to FTE, working remotely with an office option in New York. Key Responsibilities:

Develop server-side Core Java with a focus on low-latency data structures. Collaborate with the FI trading teams to refine workflows and pricing strategies. Enhance systems dealing with various Fixed Income products and Credit Trading instruments. Design and build a new RFQ engine and auto-hedging system. Contribute to the deployment and integration of pricing components to external systems.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience in Core Java development, particularly on the server-side in low-latency environments. Proficient in data structures and constructing scalable, high-performance platforms. Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle, including unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment.

Industry Experience:

Exposure to Capital Markets or Fixed Income concepts is highly preferred but not mandatory.
