We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Network Engineer, Enterprise
to join our team. As Network Enterprise Engineer, you will be an integral part of our Enterprise deployment and support group, provisioning new customers, troubleshooting and resolving customer turn-up issues and supporting the Project Managers.

Responsibilities Voice Device Provisioning RPX Provisioning and Customer Account Adjustment Maintain Network and Voice Customer Documentation Work with a variety of technologies: Active Ethernet, GPON, XGSPON, DWDM, CWDM, MetroE, CGNAT, OTDR, OLM, 802.11ac, 802.11ax Work with a variety of vendors: Cisco, Ciena, Calix, Juniper, Nokia, SmartOptics, BTI, EXFO, JDSU Planning for network growth to ensure availability & scalability Installation & testing of network core services & equipment Provide Tier 3 & 4 support to the Ezee Fiber NOC Curate network documentation Maintain network equipment inventory Testing & verification of customer services Evaluate new technologies for future use Provide technical expertise to other Ezee Fiber departments Maintain relationships with vendor & customer contacts Requirements
Advanced technical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of Polycom Phone hardware Knowledge of ADTRAN Voice Gateway hardware Knowledge of Grand stream Gateway hardware Knowledge of Cisco IOS Professional experience with Cisco routers & switches At least 2 years of experience as Network Engineer or equivalent role Associates degree or equivalent Ability to lift up to 55 pounds General computer fluency Excellent verbal & written communication Mastery of MS Office applications Ability to work well in a team environment Preferred
