Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines with a graduation date between May 2023 and September 2025, or within the last 24 months. Experience programming in at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C#. Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals, particularly in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, problem-solving, and complexity analysis. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with modern programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Perl. Experience in developing complex software systems successfully delivered to customers. Knowledge of best practices in professional software engineering, including the full software development life cycle. Proven ability to manage projects from requirements gathering to launch. Effective communication with users, technical teams, and management for collecting requirements, describing features, and outlining technical designs.
