As a vital member of this innovative organization, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI solutions tailored for large-scale machine learning, especially focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and distributed training.
Your Role:
As a Software Development Engineer II, your responsibilities will include: Designing, developing, testing, and deploying advanced distributed machine learning systems. Collaborating closely with a talented team of ML scientists and stakeholders to shape strategies and define team objectives. Gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements, transforming them into scalable and supportable technical solutions. Driving system architecture and best practices to deliver high-quality products while mentoring junior engineers. What We Look For:
A successful candidate will bring the following: A solid background in engineering large-scale software systems, along with strong technical skills. Excellent communication abilities and a drive to achieve results in a fast-paced environment. Experience in multi-threaded asynchronous development using C++ or Go. Knowledge of resource orchestration tools like Slurm/Kubernetes and experience in high-performance computing. A passion for building platforms for deep learning model training involving large models and thousands of GPU devices. Your Impact:
