As a Software Development Engineer II, you will have the chance to directly impact millions of Amazonians across 62 countries by building innovative solutions that enhance their work experience. We are committed to providing personalized, efficient, and empathetic HR services to our employees. Key Responsibilities: Innovate, develop, and integrate technology to enhance the Amazon experience. Customize existing Amazon Platforms to meet the needs of our employees. Identify challenges and formulate solutions that benefit our workforce. Leverage AWS solutions to create scalable technology for our global workforce. Empower employees to easily navigate benefits and make informed decisions. Collaborate with a talented cross-functional team to design forward-thinking software solutions. Establish architectural principles and mentor fellow team members. Qualifications: 3+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship). 2+ years of experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns and scalability. Proficient in at least one programming language. Preferred Qualifications: Experienced in the full software development life cycle: coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. The base salary for this position ranges from $129,300 to $223,600, depending on your market location and relevant experience. This position will remain open until filled.
