They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to implement and expand their data publication services for 3D/HD data and ADAS navigation, collaborating with multiple teams and customers to ensure seamless integration of data into products. Responsibilities:
Implement a new data publication service (data format, layers, tiles) for 3D/HD data for self-driving vehicles. Expand data publication for ADAS and Navigation map data, including new formats. Develop data processing and conversion within cloud applications using Python, Scala, SQL, AWS, and Spark, ensuring scalability and cost efficiency. Collaborate with R&D teams for seamless data integration. Engage with automotive OEMs and suppliers in the EU, US, and Japan. Qualifications:
Proficiency in Python, Scala, or similar languages for data processing and cloud development. Experience deploying scalable data pipelines on AWS and Spark. Knowledge of geospatial data concepts and tools (PostGIS, QGIS) and map data formats (GeoJSON, Mapbox Vector Tile, NDS.Live, OpenUSD, OpenDRIVE, Matlab RoadRunner). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Availability in the early morning to coordinate with European teams. Company Details:
