We are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Integration Lead to design, develop, and oversee integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in API design and management, a deep understanding of integration architecture, and strong technical proficiency in developing scalable and secure integrations. This role involves leading integration initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring best practices in API-led connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Define and enforce best practices for API design, security, and governance. Develop and manage APIs using RESTful, SOAP, JSON, and XML. Implement integration patterns such as point-to-point, publish-subscribe, and API-led connectivity. Utilize MuleSoft connectors to integrate various enterprise applications and systems. Troubleshoot and debug integration issues to ensure system reliability and performance. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to align integration solutions with business needs. Optimize integration performance and scalability while ensuring security best practices. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Stay up to date with MuleSoft advancements and recommend improvements to integration architecture.
MuleSoft Expertise:
Hands-on experience with Anypoint Studio, Anypoint API Manager, Anypoint Exchange, and Anypoint CloudHub. Strong understanding of MuleSoft API lifecycle management and governance. Proficiency in building RAML and OpenAPI specifications.
Programming & Development:
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Groovy for developing MuleSoft components. Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases for data integration. Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven) for deployment automation. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Integration & Architecture:
Experience in Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) and API-led connectivity. Strong understanding of security protocols (OAuth, JWT, SAML, LDAP). Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging queues (ActiveMQ, Kafka, RabbitMQ). Experience working with microservices architecture and cloud-native integrations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 6+ years of experience in MuleSoft development and integration. MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect certification is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
