From Business Development and HR to IT and Field Operations, we are integrating AI tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and other AI-powered platforms to streamline workflows, enhance knowledge management, and boost operational efficiency. We are seeking an AI Intern to join our growing AI and Automation program. This is a hands-on internship where you will contribute to meaningful projects while learning from experienced team members. You'll help design, build, and refine AI-enabled workflows and solutions that make a real impact across our business. What You'll Do
Contribute to building and refining automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Copilot Studio. Collaborate with team members to integrate workflows with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and other cloud systems. Write or modify basic scripts (PowerShell or Python) to support connectors and integrations, with guidance from senior team members. Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and improving AI-enabled solutions (including copilots or conversational agents). Partner cross-functionally with departments (HR, Business Development, Operations, IT) to understand needs and recommend automation opportunities. Document processes, maintain version histories, and contribute to knowledge sharing. Support efforts to scale automations securely and in compliance with internal AI use policies. Minimum Qualifications
Actively pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience through coursework, projects, or internships. Interest in automation, AI tools, or software development. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.). Willingness to learn and apply scripting (PowerShell or Python) and workflow tools. Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio). Exposure to AI technologies such as GPT or other large language models. Experience with APIs or basic data integration projects Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication skills.
