Job DescriptionMastercam CNC Programmer and OperatorAutomation Personnel Services is seeking skilled Mastercam CNC Programmer and Operators to join a leading aerospace company in Kennesaw, GA specializing in the manufacturing of military vehicles. If you are experienced in CNC machining, have a passion for working with advanced technology, and are looking for long-term career growth in the aerospace industry, we invite you to apply.Pay Rate Starting at $32.00 per hour, based on experienceSchedule and Hours Monday through Thursday, 7:00am to 5:00pm* Enjoy a three-day weekend every week with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off!*Mastercam CNC Programmer and Operators Duties and Responsibilities•Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, and GD&T specifications to plan machining processes.•Program CNC mills using MasterCAM software, including entering instructions, setting tool registers, offsets, and compensation, and verifying part programs.•Set up and adjust equipment, including chucks, tools, attachments, and indexing vices.•Inspect work by measuring positions, first-run parts, and samples to meet quality standards.•Maintain equipment by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs.•Document production and quality information in logs and communicate with team members across shifts. •Ensure safe operations by following safety procedures and regulations.•Additional job duties as assigned by managementMastercam CNC Programmer and Operators Qualifications and Requirements•High school diploma or GED equivalent.•A minimum of 3 years programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines/mills is required.•Experience using MasterCAM software for programming is required.•Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and perform preventive maintenance on CNC equipment.•Strong understanding of geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T), basic math, geometry, and trigonometry.•Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and document production/quality logs accurately.•Strict adherence to safety regulations and procedures in a machining environment.•Drug screening and background check are required.Job TypeFull time, Temp to HireBenefits •Weekly Pay•Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance•40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours•6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours401(k) Retirement PlanAutomation Personnel Services is the only staffing agency specializing in manufacturing and industrial roles that offers 401K matching to all eligiblecontingent and temporary associates.Interested in this job?Click Apply Now, email your resume to , or call us at 770.424.9964 to learn more.
