About The Job You're Considering We are seeking a Software Verfiication Engineer with a strong background in cloud application verification and a passion for improving healthcare technology. In this role, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of web portals used in the medical industry. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test strategies that meet rigorous regulatory standards while supporting innovation and patient safety. Your role Design and execute test cases for cloud-based web applications based on detailed requirements. Create and maintain traceability matrices to ensure full test coverage of all specifications. Develop test protocols aligned with approved test cases and regulatory standards. Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing of web applications. Identify, document, and track software defects using test management tools. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC. Update test documentation as requirements evolve and features are enhanced. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies. Your Skills And Experience 6+ years of experience testing software applications in the medical technology industry. Deep understanding of medical device software verification and regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304). Experience testing cloud-native applications on platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar. Hands-on experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent. Strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $90,000 - $150,000. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
