Overview
Develop architectures that enable seamless integration of PC cybersecurity hardware, with centralized management systems. ·
Ensure robust communication between local system software and centralized services for data registration, monitoring, protection and control. ·
Design systems for secure data storage, encryption key management, and device registration. ·
Define and implement monitoring solutions to track device performance, health, and security status in real-time. ·
Design and develop APIs and communication protocols to connect system software to cloud-based or on-premises central management portals. ·
Optimize data synchronization and device communication for low-latency, high-throughput operations. ·
Collaborate with firmware, driver, and software teams to enable seamless hardware-software interactions. ·
Provide architecture guidance to ensure compatibility with various operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux). ·
Ensure architectures align with cybersecurity standards such as FIPS, ISO 27001, and NIST guidelines. ·
Design systems capable of managing a growing ecosystem of interconnected devices with high reliability and performance. ·
Optimize infrastructure to handle large-scale data logging, analytics, and alerting. ·
Create detailed documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and operational workflows. ·
Establish and promote best practices for system integration and deployment. Requirements ·
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. ·
Experience in solution architecture, with a focus on integrating software systems with hardware. ·
Experience with developing centralized management systems, such as portals for device registration, monitoring, and configuration. ·
Expertise in backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and frameworks. ·
Familiarity with hardware communication protocols (e.g., NVMe, PCIe) and their software interfaces. ·
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premises solutions for building scalable and secure infrastructures. ·
Familiarity with database design for storing and analysing device data. ·
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. ·
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex architectural challenges. ·
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: ·
Experience designing and implementing management portals for managing large-scale hardware fleets (e.g., device inventory, health monitoring, or lifecycle management). ·
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, or other containerization technologies for managing scalable infrastructure. ·
Background in DevSecOps, emphasizing secure software and infrastructure deployment practices.
