ServiceNow Technical Architect
to drive innovation, efficiency, and integration across enterprise systems. This is a dual-role opportunity where strategic architecture meets hands-on technical leadership. If you’re passionate about designing modern, scalable ServiceNow solutions that power everything from IT operations to employee experience—this is your next career move. What You’ll Do: Architect and lead implementation of solutions across
ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SPM, EA, and Employee Center Pro . Translate business needs into technical specs that align with enterprise IT strategy. Modernize legacy systems through
workflow automation , AI/ML, and ServiceNow-native capabilities. Lead development of scripts, APIs (REST/SOAP), custom apps, and integrations (including MID Server). Optimize CMDB configurations, system performance, and data compliance. Collaborate with enterprise architects to align technology investments with business capability maps. Mentor development teams and set architecture standards across Agile teams. Expand Employee Center Pro capabilities in partnership with HR, Finance, and Legal stakeholders. Establish and lead Architecture Review Boards focused on scalability, cost efficiency, and risk. Monitor platform health using
Performance Analytics , manage technical debt, and stay current with upgrades. Report on solution ROI, adoption, and continuous improvement recommendations. What You Bring: 7+ years
of application implementation experience or
6+ years
with a relevant bachelor’s degree. Proven expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and 3rd-party integrations. Strong background in technical architecture, platform governance, and enterprise IT strategy. In-depth experience with
REST/SOAP APIs , complex workflow design, business rules, and custom app development. Familiarity with networking, cloud, and security best practices. Strong communication skills and ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage competing priorities and drive delivery in fast-paced environments. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in 2+ modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, SPM) Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Master Architect, or ITIL v4 This is more than a technical role—it's an opportunity to influence digital transformation at scale.
