Software Solutions Architect
to join a highly motivated team that will play a critical leadership role in shaping the future of a new satellite ground systems solution. The successful candidate will: Interface directly with the customer to understand project requirements and help architect software solutions. Lead the translation of software requirements into internal product and project development drivers, coordinating updates with development teams. The candidate will ensure that project needs are met within an agile software development environment. Key Focus Areas
Developing software and maintenance solutions supporting satellite telemetry, commanding, archive trending, analysis, mission scheduling, automation, simulation, and other core infrastructure capabilities. The role involves close collaboration with project development, system engineering, testing, deployment, and on-site support teams. Responsibilities
Articulate technical concepts clearly to customers, users, and the development team. Support project architecture development and refinement. Assist in verification and troubleshooting of technical solutions. Ensure timely and within-budget completion of tasks per the development schedule. Support CI/CD pipeline development to match customer methodologies. Guide the agile development lifecycle, including backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives, and customer feedback. Keywords

10+ years in software engineering/development. Experience coordinating requirements with customers and architecting solutions. Experience with Agile methodologies and requirement traceability. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure), Kubernetes, automated testing tools, configuration management tools, and programming in C/C++/Java. Self-motivated with ability to work across multiple teams. U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance. Desired Experience
Experience with satellite ground systems, real-time command and control, mission planning, SecDevOps, and model-based systems engineering tools. Applicants will be subject to a government security investigation to access classified information. U.S. citizenship is required.
